I’m Jason Green, a professional chef with more than 25 years’ experience leading high-end kitchens and delivering large-scale catering across Sydney.

Jason was honestly incredible to work with for my birthday dinner. From the start, his communication was so easy and clear, which made the whole process feel stress free. I was hosting a 1920s murder mystery night and he created a fully personalised menu to match the theme, with canapés on arrival and amazing mains that everyone loved. He also made sure to cater for guests with gluten-free and lactose-free requirements, and nothing felt like an afterthought. Every canapé was delicious and the mains were absolutely perfect. People are still talking about the food. He genuinely elevated the whole night and made my birthday feel really special. I’m so grateful and will definitely be booking him again for future events.
